先日、中央区観光協会のガイドのTさんにお世話になって、銀座散歩をしてきました。
Recently, I took a walk in Ginza.
今回のツアーで教えてもらった、
何も知らずに通り過ぎてしまっていたけれど、実は面白いネタが詰まっていた銀座をご紹介いたします。
Today, I would like to introduce Ginza, which was actually full of interesting stories.

今回は、その④、新しいビル扁です。
This time ④, about new buildings.
銀座にはここ数年、新しいビルが出現しています。
それらのビルをとりあげます。
A new building has appeared in Ginza in recent years.
I’ll pick up those buildings.

1．東急プラザ Tokyu Plaza
デザインの発想のもとは、江戸切子のイメージです。
光の器というコンセプトで作られています。
伝統的なデザインをもとにしてに、新しいデザインを創り出してゆく、銀座をイメージしています。
銀座は、これまでも品格を貫きながら、新しいものに柔軟な姿勢を大切にしてきたイメージと重なります。
ここには、パブリックスペースが2か所あります。
6階と屋上です。
公園のように、誰でも出入り自由な場所、一休みするのに便利ですね。
The source of the idea of design, is an image of Edo Kiriko, Edo cut glass, Edo is the old name of Tokyo.
It is made with the concept of light vessel.
Based on traditional design, creating a new design.
Ginza cherishes traditional things and also cherishes the flexible attitude to new things.
There are two public spaces here.
It’s on the 6th floor and rooftop.
Like a park, anyone can enter and leave, it is convenient to take a rest.
2．銀座プレイス Ginza Place
メインの交差点にできた新しい建物です。
デザインは、透かし彫りをイメージしているんだそうです。
インテリアも幾何学模様が面白いです。
日産とSonyのショールームの他、カフェやレストランが入っています。
It is a new building at the main intersection.
It seems that the design is imagining a openwork.
The interior is also interesting geometric pattern.
Besides Nissan and Sony’s showroom, there are cafes and restaurants.
3．銀座シックス Ginza Six
銀座シックスは、横幅115メートルもある一区画を全部使って、できた巨大なビルです。
6丁目の一区画を占拠しているからシックスですね。
ここには、渋谷から観世流の能舞台が地下3階に移築されています。
もともと、観世流はじめ、金春流・宝生流・金剛流、4つの能の流派は、
幕府から保護されていて、
銀座に特別な屋敷をもらっていました。
町奉行も入れない、特別な保護だったそうです。
観世流は、一度銀座を出て渋谷に行きましたが、
この度、銀座シックスに戻ってきました。
Ginza Six is a huge building made by using all the parcels 115 meters wide.
This is occupying a section of 6 – chome, so it ‘s cold six.
Here, Noh stage of Kanze from Shibuya has been relocated to the third floor of underground.
Originally, the beginning of Kanze, Komparu, Hossho, Kongoh,
These the four schools of Noh were protected from the shogunate, military government from 17C to middle of 19C.
They got a special house in Ginza.
It seems that there were special protection.
Kanze went out of Ginza once and went to Shibuya,
They returned to Ginza Six this time.
ちなみに、金春と言えば、
金春通りというのが、新橋近くにあります。
By the way, when speaking of Komparu,
Kompary Street is near Shimbashi.
こちらは、明治維新の頃、政治家の方々が利用する高級料亭のあった場所です。
金春芸者さん・新橋芸者さんというのは、当時、とてもステイタスが高かったそうです。
というのも、こちらで働く芸者さんの教養は高くて、
・頭も良ければ、
・教養もあって、
・ダンスもできて、
・楽器もできて、
・ユーモアある会話ができて、
外交に持って来いの方々がそろっていたそうです。
ですので、山形有朋さんはじめ、多くの政治家がここからお嫁さんを迎えたそうですよ。
This is the place where politicians used a premium restaurant during the Meiji Restoration.
It is said that the status was very high at that time as Komparu Geisha and Shimbashi Geisha.
Because the culture of the geisha who works here was high,
· They were smart,
· They had high education,
· They were also able to dance,
· They were also able to play instruments,
· Their conversation was very nice with humor,
It seems that there were people fit to diplomacy.
So it is said that many politicians, including Mr.Yamagata Aritomo, find their wife from here.
