涼しくなってきました。

そろそろ、年賀状が気になりだしてくる季節ですね。

It has become cooler.

It is almost time for a New Year’s card to come out.

さて、今日は、筆ペンでの基本点画の書き方。

Well, today is how to write basic strokes with a Fude pen brush.

筆ペンは、右斜め後ろに向けて持ちます。

Hold the brush pen facing diagonally to the right.

左利きの方も、右斜め後ろに向けて持って下されば書けます。

でも、大変だと思います。

If you are a left-handed person, you can write it if you hold it to the diagonally right back as same as a  right-handed person.

But I think it’s hard.

穂先の角度は常に左斜め上45度に向けておきます。

この角度を終始保って、始筆と終筆でしっかりと止まります。

そうすれば、始筆も終筆も、典型的な楷書の形に出来上がります。

Always tip the angle of the tip of head at 45 degrees to the upper left.

Keeping this angle throughout, please firmly stop at the beginning and end of each line.

Then, both the beginning and the end of each line are completed in the form of a typical form of Japanese calligraphy.

縦画は、太めにどっしり書いた方が、

文字が安定します。

Please write vertical lines wider than horizontal lines.

Characters become stable.

動画では、最後に点を書いていますが、

これも始筆、終筆丁寧に書きましょう。

In the movie, I write  points at last part,

Please write them carefully as the other parts.
