先日、中央区観光協会のガイドのTさんにお世話になって、銀座散歩をしてきました。
Recently, I took a walk in Ginza.
今回のツアーで教えてもらった、
何も知らずに通り過ぎてしまっていたけれど、実は面白いネタが詰まっていた銀座をご紹介いたします。
Today, I would like to introduce Ginza, which was actually full of interesting stories.

今日は、隙間を抜けると出現する神社を２つと、築地の居留地から引っ越してきたという協会をご紹介します。
Today, I will introduce two shrines that emerge when passing through the narrow street and a charch which moved from Tsukiji.

1．宝堂稲荷神社 Hodo Inari Shrine
晴海通りの数寄屋橋近く、北側を歩いていると、キューピットが何かを覗いています。
覗いている先を進むと、今度は、おサルさんが指さしています。
その先には、細い路地があります。
When walking on the north side near Sekiyabashi on Harumi Avenue, a cupid is looking into something.
As you go through the peering street, you can find a monkey points a narrow alley.
この路地を恐る恐る進むと、神社が出てくるんです。
これが、宝堂稲荷神社です。
If you go throug this alley, you can a shrine comes out.
This is Hodo Inari shrine.
こちらの神社は、もともとは、並木通り沿いにあったそうですが、
移築されてきました。
この神社の管理をされているのは、向かいの文房具屋さんです。
お賽銭は、文房具屋さんのポストに入れるんだそうです。
This shrine was originally located along a Namiki avenue,
It has been relocated.
This shrine management is done by a stationery shop across the street.
Ths shrine doesn’t have offetry box, so the post of the stationery shop is used as alternative.
2．豊岩稲荷神社 ToyoIwa Shrine
銀座で有名なとんかつ屋さんと言えば、
7丁目にある「梅園」さんです。
Speaking of a famous Tonkatsu restaurangt in Ginza,
It is “Baien” in 7 chome.
お昼時に行くと、行列ができていますね。
If you go there at noon, you can see a queue in front of this restaurant.
その「梅園」の脇にも、それはそれは細い路地があります。
路地というより、建物と建物の間の隙間の様な場所です。
Beside of this restaurant, you’ll find a narrow alley.
It is a place like a gap between a building and a building rather than an alley.
ここ、通り抜けて良いのです。
You can walk through here.
途中、喫茶店の中を横切ることになるのですが、
大丈夫なんです。
通り抜けられます。
On the way, I will cross the coffee shop,
It’s all right.
You can get through.
しばらく進んだその先にあるのは、
やっぱり、神社です。
going on and on and for a while,
After all, it is a shrine,
豊岩稲荷神社です。
t is ToyoIwa Inari shrine.
人気の神社さんで、
こんなにも目立たない場所にあるのに、
参拝者が絶えません。
It is a popular shrine,
Even though it is in such a place not so noticeable,
There are worshipers.
芸能関連の方がよくお参りにいらっしゃるそうです。
スターになりたい方、ぜひ、お参りにしてみてくださいね。
People related to performing arts are often visiting.

3．銀座協会 Ginza charch
神社が沢山ある銀座地域ですが、
協会もあります。
There are many shrines in the Ginza area,
There is a church, too.
銀座協会は、築地の居留地から1890年明治23年に銀座に引っ越してきました。
プロテスタント系のメソジスト教会です。
The Ginza church moved to Ginza in 1890 from the Tsukiji.
It is a Methodist church.
ここには「銀座の鐘」があります。
この鐘、第二次世界大戦中、類にもれず、供出されることになっていたのですが、
外そうにも外せず、こちらに残されたんだそうです。
Here is “Bell of Ginza”.
予約などとることもなく、中を見学することもできるそうです。
It is possible to see inside without taking reservations.
